What time should the DJ  arrive at the reception?  You should plan to book your DJ one hour prior to the arrival of your guests. It takes the DJ about a half hour to set up. He should be set up and playing music at least a half hour before your guests arrive.

How long is the DJ/MC going to be available? A standard booking is five hours. However, the DJ can be available as long as you like.  Let us know your needs at the time of booking and we can quote for extra time if needed.

Why use white equipment? You will spend hours preparing you decor. By using white equipment your DJ will blend into the room instead of contrasting.

What equipment is supplied? You get a crisp sounding PA system suitable for 50 -150 guests,  A radio microphone (no cords), Lighting, CD Players, Mixer etc.

When should I return the Planner? The planner we provide is the key to a successful event. Please return it to us no later than one week prior to the day. We don't recommend you send it to us more than a month prior as plans often change in the last couple of weeks.

Can guests make requests? Certainly! We are happy to take requests on the night. We will gladly guide them on the genres you have asked for if needed.

When to pay? You are welcome to pay on the day/night, towards the end of dinner and prior to the speeches . Often the best man takes care of this.  You are welcome to pay up front should you choose.

How much is the deposit? We do not require a holding deposit. Once you have made your booking with us you don't need to pay anything until the night.

What are the payment Methods?  We  accept Cash, Corporate Cheques,  Bank Cheques and Money Orders.  Sorry, we do not accept Personal Cheques or Credit Cards
